We have an exciting opportunity to join our Employability, Partnership and Skills Department as an Employability and Partnership Co-ordinator on a permanent, full-time (35 hours per week) basis. The role will be based at our City Campus Manchester, and across all other campuses. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Employability and Partnership Co-ordinator to drive business development and create impactful opportunities for young people. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing multiple employer relationships, overseeing high-quality work experience and industry placements, and ensuring all tracking and compliance processes are maintained to a high standard. Your ability to engage with employers, stakeholders, and educational partners will be key to establishing long-term partnerships that benefit both businesses and young people. Skills, Qualifications and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need: At least a GSCE or level 2 in literacy or numeracy (or equivalent). Experience of delivering qualifications, education or employability sessions. Experience of delivering group work sessions as well as working on a 1-2-1 basis with participants. Experience of developing external relationships with employers and other agencies. Experience of utilising computerised management information systems. Experience of working to targets, implementing monitoring and recording systems. Experience of delivering programmes that are focussed on soft skills, mentoring and employability. The ability to organise and to be self-motivated. The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and to be fully competent in the use of Microsoft Office programs. Evidence of successful contribution to teamwork. Enthusiasm to embrace new ideas and initiatives. Ability to analyse, report and act on data. To have a confident and calm approach to problems and an ability to use initiative in finding Solutions. A willingness to undertake continuous personal development. Successful candidate must have access to a car for work and full driving licence.
