An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Administration Team at Laureate House on the Andersen Ward Mother & Baby Unit. Your duties will include supporting patients and their relatives, as well as providing comprehensive administrative support to a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
The post holder will ensure a professional, efficient service, supporting ward operations and may be required to cover other wards within Laureate House, as well as support the Perinatal Outreach and Community Teams.
Main duties of the job
Act as an initial contact point, responding to enquiries professionally and sensitively, and providing clerical and administrative support to facilitate efficient service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach, excellent communication skills, and experience working with clients with mental health issues, including face-to-face and telephone contact.
Support coverage across wards and teams as needed, including during staff absences.

Education /Qualifications
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
* GCSE Maths/English grade C or equivalent
* NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or demonstrable equivalent experience
