The Audience Measurement team are responsible for managing our large-scale continuous media research projects. We provide estimates of the number and profile of people exposed to media content through watching, listening to, reading or seeing it in the various media outlets. Role overview As a Graduate Project Executive, you will be encouraged to take responsibility from the outset, thrown straight into working on live projects. You will gain exposure to a variety of clients and research approaches whilst working alongside experienced project managers. We are seeking a Graduate Project Executive who is willing to work on large-scale projects, who is technically minded and has an interest in understanding complex processes and datasets. We have two main projects you will be working on: Route provides audience estimates for out of home (OOH) advertising in Great Britain. Out of home media consist of advertising frames ranging from large roadside billboards to small screens on escalators. They also include other out of home advertising frames or screens including train stations, in car parks, on taxis and bus sides and panels inside shopping centres. The project includes a large-scale continuous GPS travel survey as well as enhanced probability modelling. The project delivers an audience measurement currency for advertising displays (both static and moving) in public spaces, that will allow the industry to plan, trade, report and evaluate advertising investment in the medium. JNOR is the independent, industry approved audience measurement tool for outdoor campaigns in the Irish market and is the benchmark for measuring how many people will see a campaign. JNOR helps companies buying and selling advertising space on out of home media to gauge the size and composition of the audience likely to be exposed to the advertising featured on them. Results can be generated for individual outdoor formats or for multi-format campaigns. formats or for multi-format campaigns. Some of your core responsibilities will include: You will work on two main research projects. You will see the end-to-end quarterly release production cycle as well as our development cycle, working through timelines and maintaining project plans. You will support on the coordination of tasks with internal teams and suppliers, prepare project materials, and assist with the production process. You will learn key project management skills, such as organisational, coordination, timekeeping, prioritisation, communication and more. You will help manage project plans and task scheduling for the teams across our data delivery/ production cycle as well as our development cycle You will support the team in internal and external meetings including minuting outcomes and actively following up on actions/progress You will effectively utilise project management tools for project tracking and communications (MS Teams, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps) You will help us look at how we can improve the way we work and bring efficiencies to long standing technical projects.
