We’re supporting a growing construction materials testing business with the hire of an Operations Supervisor. This is a hands-on leadership role where organising people, keeping standards high, and reacting quickly to change are key.
This role suits someone who enjoys being at the centre of operations, making sure teams are in the right place, with the right kit, doing the job properly.
What the role involves
* Leading and coordinating teams of technicians working on construction sites and in testing labs
* Planning daily workloads and allocating people and equipment
* Making sure work is carried out safely, correctly, and to the required standard
* Keeping jobs on track when plans change or priorities shift
* Supporting quality, compliance, and client delivery
* Working closely with senior leadership to keep operations running smoothly
