Job Description:
* We are looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to support delivery across high-performance engineering teams building real-time market data platforms used across global financial systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead delivery across multiple engineering squads
* Ensure Agile practices are followed (Scrum / Kanban)
* Remove delivery blockers and manage cross-team dependencies
* Work closely with Product Managers to plan and prioritise work
* Track delivery progress, risks, and project health
* Improve delivery processes and team efficiency
Key Skills:
* Strong experience in Agile delivery leadership
* Experience working with engineering teams and platform environments
* Knowledge of DevOps / CI/CD practices
* Strong experience using Jira for delivery tracking
* Background in financial services, trading, or market data environments preferred
