Responsibilities
The role of Practice Supervisor involves ensuring the safe and effective delivery of services to children and families in line with established policies and procedures. You will supervise and support a team of social workers, promote professional development, and model reflective practice. Your responsibilities include managing risk within social worker caseloads, contributing to strategic development, leading partnerships with other agencies, and ensuring compliance with service standards.
