About this opportunity
We are seeking a flexible and dynamic caseworker to join our Home Improvement Agency team in the Furness area, delivering a comprehensive and efficient Home Improvement Service—including the Handyperson Service—and supporting customers through the Disabled Facilities Grant process.
The role involves handling customer enquiries, providing advice, processing grant applications, and supporting the wider team. Applicants must be IT literate, experienced in a customer-focused environment, and able to organise and prioritise workloads effectively to meet deadlines. You will also be part of a collaborative housing team committed to getting the job done.
