We are seeking an experienced Housing Officer to join a well-established housing provider on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality housing services across multiple areas, ensuring compliance with policies and providing excellent customer service to tenants.
Location: Covering Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire & MorayHours: 22.5 per week
Rate: 23 per hour (PAYE)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Until March 2026 (initially)
Your new role
* Manage a caseload of properties and tenants across Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, and Moray.
* Handle tenancy management, allocations, and rent-related queries.
* Respond to housing issues promptly and professionally.
* Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to resolve tenant concerns.
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in a Housing Officer role or similar.
* Strong knowledge of housing legislation and tenancy management.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to travel across the designated areas as required.
