The role of the Telesales Executive Fire & Security will involve:
Telesales Executive position focusing on a high quality range of CCTV connectors but alsoselling a range of fire & security systems (monitoring, CCTV systems, alarms, access control, fire suppression systems)
Primarily an outbound sales call with quality volume outreach with some inbound leads
Update and maintain accurate customer records, activity logs and pipeline information within the CRM system
Selling to security providers and construction companies
Maintain, grow and develop both new and existing customer relationships
Responsible for generating sales leads via outbound calls and emails
Follow up quotations and sales opportunities to maximise conversion rates and achieve monthly sales targets
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional fire & security products and services to both new and existing customers
Keep in touch with existing customers and reactivate dormant or lapsed accounts
The ideal applicant will be a Telesales Executive Fire & Security with:
Must have outbound Sales experience within the Construction sector
Energetic, resilient, hardworking, organised and confident
Must be confident and picking up the phone and calling customers
Previous experience within the Fire & Security sectors would be highly advantageous
Customer orientated and focused
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Personable, friendly demeanour
Computer and Microsoft Office literate
