Are you an experienced and highly skilled Estimator or Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) seeking a new challenge? Duties of the Senior ATA Estimator / VDA:
19. Assessing vehicle damage accurately and efficiently to provide precise repair estimates
20. Utilising Audatex and GT Motive to generate accurate valuations
21. Communicating effectively with customers, insurers, and repair teams
22. Ensuring repair estimates comply with company standards and audit procedures
23. Managing multiple job assessments while maintaining high-quality standards
24. Contributing to a positive team environment and upholding customer satisfaction
25. Maintaining detailed and organised records of all assessments and communications
Requirements of the Senior ATA Estimator / VDA:
26. Proven experience as an Estimator or VDA within the automotive repair industry
27. ATA qualified or working towards ATA certification (Senior level preferred)
28. Proficiency with Audatex and GT Motive estimating platforms
29. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
30. Excellent communication abilities
31. Live within 20 miles of Hayes, Greater London, for ease of travel
32. Demonstrable commitment to quality and customer service
