Summary
The Production Planner role will be integrated into the Operations department with the purpose of coordinating and optimising production schedules to ensure efficient and timely production. This includes the allocation of employees, materials, and production capacity to fulfil customer orders effectively.
Job Location
Primarily based within the Company’s main office in Stonehaven, Aberdeenshire.
Responsibilities and Duties
Duties include but may not be restricted to:
· Developing and implementing production plans to meet customer demand while optimising resource utilisation
· Collaborating with project teams, workshop, and supply chain to plan production requirements
· Creating and maintaining production schedules, considering lead times, production capacities, and resource constraints
· Working closely with workshop teams to understand capacity and resource availability
· Monitoring production progress and adjusting schedules as needed
· Communicating production schedules and changes to relevant teams and stakeholders
· Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance production efficiency
