We are looking for a talented and self-motivated Head Chef to join the team at The Bottle and Glass Inn, a beautiful country inn set in the heart of the Oxfordshire countryside near Henley-on-Thames.
This is a genuine opportunity for a chef who wants autonomy you will own the menu, lead a small kitchen team, and put your stamp on the food at a venue with a loyal local following and a growing events calendar including weddings and private dining.
What the role involves
Leading the kitchen and taking full ownership of the menu Cooking fresh, seasonal food that reflects the quality of the setting Managing a small kitchen team day to day Working closely with front of house and the events team on weekly pub events as well as weddings, private dining

Proven experience running a kitchen, ideally in a pub, inn, or restaurant environment Someone who takes pride in their food and wants to build a venue with a solid enviable reputation A calm, reliable team player Passion for seasonal and local produce
