The role:
1. As the client engagement representative you will build and nurture relationships with customers to support them on their customer journey.
2. The client engagement representative is responsible for taking inbound calls to help and assist customers with any general queries or order support, as well as making calls consistently to customers.
3. The client engagement representative will check that all details are logged correctly and action order amends and add-ons into the system accurately and efficiently.
4. Ensure that all your territory customers are aware of promotions, NPD, Catalogue, allergen changes when it is relevant.
