Job Title: Cleaner.
Location: London and Surrounding Areas.
Reporting to: Manager, Site Manager and Supervisor.
Hours: 0 hour contract, flexible shifts as required.
Description.
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team on a zero-hour contract basis. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various facilities, including offices, communal areas, and restrooms. The role offers flexible working hours based on business needs, ideal for individuals looking for adaptable work arrangements.
* You will be working on a 3 month probation period where you will be trained and paid the national minimum wage. If you are deemed suitable, your wage will be increased and you will be put on a 0 hour contract as a subcontractor.
* Your hours will be flexible and adaptable.
Key Responsibilities.
* Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)
* Perform deep cleaning tasks as required.
* Follow all health and safety regulations, including COSHH guidelines.
* Ensure all equipment and cleaning materials are used and stored correctly.
* Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the supervisor promptly.
* Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with staff and visitors.
* Soft skills, such as strong communication and teamwork.
Requirements.
* Must have Right to Work in the UK.
* Must have some experience in cleaning but does not need to be professional.
* Conversational English.
* CV.
* Previous employment references; At least 1 (Does not need to be from cleaning jobs. This is just to see what type of person you are).
* Must be pro-active.
