Senior Project Manager – Major Data Centre Projects

We are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to support major live data centre projects in West London and Berkshire. These are flagship schemes, each valued at around £200m, with extensive fit-out, M&E, and technical delivery packages.
You'll work in a collaborative, supportive environment with strong team leadership and clear development routes.
Essential Experience
~18 months–2 years of onsite Data Centre project experience.
~ Strong understanding of M&E, technical fit-out or major construction delivery.
~ Ability to lead contractors, challenge effectively, and drive high standards.
~ Experience working either client-side, consultancy or contractor.
~ Strong written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills.
~ Good attention to detail in reporting and documentation.
~ Comfortable presenting to clients and managing stakeholder expectations.
~ Familiar with JCT contracts
Technical Skills
Microsoft Office Suite
Project scheduling using MS Project or Asta
Preferred Backgrounds
Candidates with experience from specialist M&E contractors or data centre delivery teams are strongly encouraged to apply. Degree-qualified preferred but not essential—those who have come through a trade route are also welcomed.
