Position:
Location: Field-based, supporting clients across the South of England.
Salary: £28,000 plus generous commission incentives.
Hours: 36.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday).
We are expanding our commercial team and seeking motivated client engagement professionals to drive growth across the South of England. In this field-based role, you will enhance lead generation, maximize campaign effectiveness, and improve client retention through exceptional service.
If you're results-driven, experienced in B2B sales, and skilled at engaging stakeholders at both site and senior levels, we want you to join our team and help promote the value of apprenticeships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Increase learner volumes across a portfolio of clients and key accounts, contributing to overall learner start targets.
* Build strong relationships with clients at site and senior levels.
* Promote apprenticeships and training solutions, demonstrating ROI.
* Stay up-to-date with sector industry trends and developments within Learning and Development and funding.
* Drive learner volumes across a client portfolio.
* Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal policies.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in B2B lead generation and sales.
* Ability to engage at both site and senior levels.
* Commercial awareness, with knowledge of the further education sector (desirable).
* Confident, approachable, and self-motivated.
* IT literacy (MS Office and CRM systems).
* Full driving license and ability to travel nationally.
* Flexibility for overnight stays where required.
