We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Practitioner to join our Children's Workforce Development (CWD) North West and Central (NWC) team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that has achieved a GOOD Ofsted status.
About the Role:
As a Senior Practitioner, you will support the development of practitioners within our team, ensuring high-quality services to children and families. This role requires excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and support to practitioners, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance practitioner skills and knowledge
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Conduct practice reviews and give constructive feedback
* Contribute to policy and procedure development to improve service quality

What We Offer:
* A 3-month contract with potential extension
* Salary of £33.30 LTD (inclusive of holiday pay) or £24.52 PAYE (exclusive of holiday pay)
