We are working with an established fashion retailer who are looking to appoint an experienced Social Media Manager to join their marketing team. This role will be responsible for developing and delivering the organic social media strategy, with the aim of growing social communities, increasing brand awareness and driving engagement across key platforms.
This position would suit someone with strong experience across organic social, content creation and influencer marketing, ideally within a fashion or retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement the organic social media strategy aligned with wider marketing objectives.
* Plan and manage short and long-term content calendars across key social platforms.
* Create, schedule, and oversee engaging social content that reflects the brand and campaign activity.
* Monitor competitor activity and stay up to date with social media trends and platform developments.
* Work with external partners and agencies on content and campaign delivery
* Support influencer partnerships and collaborations to drive brand awareness and engagement.
* Monitor social performance, analysing results and sharing regular reports and insights.
* Respond to customer engagement across social channels.
* Work closely with internal teams including Ecommerce, Creative and Marketing to deliver aligned campaigns.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a Social Media role within fashion, retail or a similar consumer brand
* Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and other key social platforms
* Experience planning and delivering engaging social content
* Excellent communication, organisation and project management skills
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data
* Experience working with influencers and brand partnerships
* Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools
