Overview
Senior Registered Nurse - Wards at Ramsay Health Care UK, based at The Cherwell Hospital in Banbury, Oxfordshire. We are inviting applications from experienced Registered Nurses to join Ward Team.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a high standard of clinical care while ensuring patient safety, dignity and confidentiality.
* Utilise IT and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
* Be willing to take on additional roles and extended skills to enhance patient care.
* Work effectively in a busy, fast-paced department; maintain a good sense of humour and flexibility to work varied hours.
* Be a highly motivated team player who can also work independently as required.
What You Will Bring With You
* Registered nursing qualification or equivalent
* Registered with the NMC
* Experience of working as a Staff Nurse / Senior Staff Nurse in a ward department
* Sound written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing needs
* Demonstrated customer service skills
* Demonstrated computer skills
* Evidence of continued development (essential)
* Private healthcare experience would be an advantage
