A fantastic opportunity for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a modern firm in the heart of Manchester. The firm specialise in corporate law and the residential property department deals with a low volume of high value properties. This is a well-established team with industry leading residential property lawyers.
Requirements:
It is not essential but would be a benefit if you are qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive.
At least 3+ years’ experience managing a property portfolio of cases from inception to completion
Experience in all varieties and levels of title complexity is essential
You must be able to competently manage a full caseload of conveyancing matters.
The ability to communicate professionally and be a good ambassador of the firm.
