Responsibilities: Hold a caseload of children in care, ensuring high-quality care planning and outcomes.
Advocate for children and young people, supporting their voice and aspirations.
Lead practice development workshops and mentor newly qualified social workers.
Support the Team Manager with performance and service improvement initiatives.
Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to deliver SMART goals through trauma-informed and restorative practice.

Experience: Be registered with Social Work England.
Qualified Social Worker Have minimum 3 years post-qualifying experience in childrens social care.
Demonstrate strong leadership, mentoring, and organisational skills. xjlbheb
