The post holder to deliver managerial and clinical oversight of the HDU.
We are delighted to announce a new 16 bed service based in Doncaster that will welcome patients from Rotherham, Doncaster and North Lincolnshire.
The unit with support patients with complex mental health with a focus on rehabilitation, patients may be in the service for up to 12 months and through a multi-professional approach will receive recovery focussed care.

* The post holder will provide professional, managerial and robust clinical leadership to a specified ward area.
* The post holder is responsible for promoting and assuring robust risk assessment and management processes.
* The post holder will provide financial management within the constraints of the identified budget, as directed by the Matron.
* The post holder will actively support and participate in the integration of a whole system approach with multi-disciplinary working at all times.
