INTERIM OPPORTUNITY – TRANSFORMATION LEAD (12-MONTH FTC)
Malmesbury & Lincoln | Manufacturing & ERP Transformation
A leading UK-based agricultural and manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Transformation Leader to cover a 12-month maternity leave, starting in approximately 8–10 weeks. This pivotal role involves overseeing a newly formed transformation team and delivering high-impact initiatives across operations, finance, and systems integration.

What You’ll Do

* Liaise with stakeholders at all levels – from technical teams to the executive suite
Who You Are
* A seasoned transformation or operations leader with strong manufacturing experience
* Technically confident – able to understand, translate, and deliver complex ERP implementations
* A natural "player-coach" – hands-on, adaptable, and people-focused
* Experienced in managing multiple concurrent initiatives in dynamic environments
* Able to commit to a full-time, on-site role, split between Malmesbury and Lincoln
