Job Title: Care Assistant
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time/Ad hock
As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and care to our clients, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care tailored to the individual needs of each client.
Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
Provide mobility support to help clients move around safely.
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
Administer medication under the guidance and supervision of healthcare professionals.
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behaviour to the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Previous experience in a care role is essential ( 6 months minimum )
