Group1 Chelmsford is looking for a Parts Advisor.
Your role

What you’ll do day to day
* Provide guidance to customers on the availability of parts, ensuring timely and accurate information
* Receive, log, and accurately allocate parts and consumables from suppliers
* Deliver outstanding customer service to both external and internal customers
* Offer knowledgeable recommendations on suitable parts to meet customer requirements
* Maintain accurate customer records on our systems
* Effectively communicate relevant promotions, offers, and product information to customers
* Ensure full familiarity with all procedures and processes within the parts department
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with the manufacturer and suppliers

* Strong ability to meet deadlines and effectively prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Capable of maintaining a methodical and logical approach, particularly during busy periods
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Exceptional time management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
* Proficient in IT, with experience of using web-based systems, email, and Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
* Must hold a valid UK driving licence
