Kitchen Porter / Kitchen Assistant - Immediate Start Exeter (Sowton Industrial Estate) | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | £12.60 per hour | 9am-5.30pm | Occasional Sundays Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Kitchen Porter / Kitchen Assistant for an immediate start with our client based in the Sowton Industrial area of Exeter. This is a full-time role working within a friendly but fast-paced eco kitchen environment. You will play a vital part in keeping the kitchen and staff restaurant clean, organised, and running smoothly. Key Duties Pot washing of kitchen crockery, cutlery, and cooking pots and pans. Clearing and sanitising all kitchen surfaces to maintain a clean and safe environment. Maintaining the coffee section, ensuring it is fully stocked and replenished. Removing dirty cups and keeping coffee and service areas clean and tidy. Cleaning staff restaurant tables and chairs. Supporting the wider kitchen team as required. Requirements Previous Kitchen Porter experience is essential. Experience working within a kitchen environment. Happy to work as part of a team and support across all areas. Reliable, honest, and hardworking. Available to assist on occasional Sundays for Sunday dinners. What We Offer £12.60 per hour. Full-time, Monday to Friday working pattern.
