Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, maintain and optimise CRM and marketing databases to support targeted B2B outreach and lead generation.
* Conduct detailed research to identify niche industry segments and build high-quality data lists across international markets.
* Work closely with senior leadership, marketing and sales teams to support data-driven marketing strategies.
* Segment, clean and enrich data to ensure accuracy, relevance and strong campaign performance.
* Monitor and maintain GDPR compliance, ensuring all data collection and processing meets regulatory standards.
* Use analytical insights to inform marketing activity, improve data quality and support commercial decision-making.
* Manage database projects from initial research through to implementation, ensuring deadlines are met and data is delivered to a high standard.
* Support the creation and optimisation of email marketing campaigns through high-quality data selection and list management.
Experience and Skills Requirements:
* Strong experience working with modern CRM and database management systems
* Excellent Excel skills
* Strong research ability with the confidence to identify niche B2B market trends
* Experience working with email marketing platforms
* Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
* Ability to design, plan and implement long-term data strategies
* Solid understanding of GDPR and data compliance best practice
* Excellent analytical, organisational and project management skills
* Previous B2B marketing experience
