As a Senior Engineer, you’ll lead the development of high-performance door systems and mechanisms—from hinges to seals to sliding doors—built to last longer and work harder than anything on the road.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
* Lead design and development of closures systems (horizontal/vertical doors, hinges, seals, etc.)
* Own the full lifecycle: concept, design, verification, release, and launch into production
* Collaborate across engineering, design, manufacturing, and supplier teams
* Apply engineering excellence to solve problems and drive product quality
* Support the growth of technical maturity in our closures team
Qualifications
What You Bring
* Engineering degree (or equivalent closures systems experience)
* Proven D&R delivery across GPDS milestones
* Demonstrated capability in Quality Methods, APQP and PPAP processes
* Expert in PLM and Product Visualisation tools
* Confident communicator across global cross functional teams
* Passion for mechanical design, problem-solving, and making things better

This position is based in Dunton, Essex and it is expected the successful candidate will be able to attend the Dunton Campus for typically 4 days a week and remain flexible on the days they are required to attend the office according to business requirements.
