Store Manager Manchester | Maternity Cover
We are looking for a Store Manager (Maternity Cover, 40 hours) in Manchester.
This is a 12-month maternity cover, offering a fantastic opportunity to lead one of our key stores, make a real impact, and grow your skills in a supportive, fun environment.
What Our Store Managers Do
* Lead with energy and purpose – Drive sales, motivate your team, and create a positive in‑store atmosphere.
* Recruit, onboard, and train – Build a skilled, confident team with strong optical knowledge and great customer care.
* Drive performance – Track KPIs and support the team in reaching sales and satisfaction goals, working closely with HQ as one unified team.
* Manage daily operations – Handle scheduling, inventory, and ensure efficient workflows.
* Deliver standout service – Guide customers through every step of the eye test journey with care and expertise.
* Apply your optical skills – Help customers choose the right frames and lenses, and carry out precise adjustments and lens cutting.

No background in optics? That’s okay! What matters most is your ability to lead, motivate, and deliver top‑notch service.
