Role: Asset Maintenance Field Service Engineer
Contract: Permanent
Location: Great Yarmouth
As an Briggs Asset Maintenance Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:
* Adhering to safety guidelines and policies set by customers and Briggs Equipment
* Servicing and maintaining Diesel, Petrol, and Electrically powered Small Plant, Agricultural, and Ground Care Equipment
* Attending Breakdowns, Fault Finding, and completing planned Preventative Maintenance
* Ensuring high levels of customer service and addressing queries
* Completing job activities electronically and ordering necessary parts
* Maintaining the company vehicle and ensuring it has the correct parts stock
* Maintaining and developing customer relationships through high standards of service
As an Asset Maintenance Field Service Engineer, you will demonstrate:
* Relevant technical qualification
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Good understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical principles
* The ability to work independently and under pressure
* Ability to manage and prioritize workload
* Understanding customer needs
As an Asset Maintenance Field Service Engineer, you will command:
* A base salary from £36,934 per annum based on a 40-hour week
* Overtime paid at x1.5 Monday – Saturday and x2 on Sunday
* Vehicle available for private use (tax to be paid)
