About the Role
We’re looking for a highly creative, platform-native Creative Strategist to join our fast-paced, forward-thinking team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social content, especially on Instagram, and knows how to turn scroll-stopping ideas into high-performing video ads. You’ll be sourcing content creators, writing creative briefs, overseeing edits, and delivering weekly video content tailored for paid advertising platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source and collaborate with content creators and freelancers to produce ad-ready content that aligns with brand voice and performance goals
* Write compelling creative briefs that communicate messaging, tone, and objectives clearly to content creators and editors
* Review and give clear, constructive feedback on video edits to ensure high-quality output and alignment with performance metrics
* Deliver a steady pipeline of short-form video assets optimised for Instagram and other social ad platforms, refreshed weekly
* Monitor ad performance creatively – look at what’s working and ideate new approaches based on trends, hooks, and formats as well as iterate on results.
Requirements
* Proven experience creating content for paid advertising, particularly for Instagram & TikTok Ads (Meta platform)
* A strong portfolio or examples of performance-driven video creatives
* Exceptional creative instincts and a knack for storytelling in under 30 seconds
* Solid understanding of performance metrics (CTR, thumb-stop rate, hold rate etc.) and how to reverse engineer creative from results
* Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight weekly deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A strong motivation to join the fastest growing DTC brand in the United Kingdom and willingness to take the ownership & responsibility to lead the Creative Strategy department.
