Content Creator and Marketing Assistant
Location: Hybrid / On-site as required
Hours: 3 to 5 days per week (flexible)
Reports to: Head of Marketing
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, proactive and commercially aware Content Creator to help grow our brand presence across digital channels. You will be responsible for planning, creating and publishing engaging content that drives awareness, engagement and lead generation.
This role suits someone who understands both storytelling and strategy — not just posting content, but creating content that converts.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
* Create high-quality photo and video content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
* Film on-site product content (trailers, horse walkers, solariums, stables etc.)
* Edit short-form and long-form video content
* Write compelling captions, website copy and email marketing content
* Develop campaign concepts and creative themes
Social Media Management
* Plan and schedule content calendars
* Grow engagement and audience reach
* Monitor comments, messages and community interaction
* Analyse performance metrics and optimise content accordingly
Campaign & Brand Support
* Support product launches and seasonal campaigns
* Create lead-generation content
* Work alongside sales to create content that supports enquiries and conversions
* Support with the planning and preparation of the show and event programme
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Proven experience creating social media content for brands
* Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, Canva or similar)
* Confident filming on-site and directing basic shoots
* Excellent copywriting skills
* Understanding of engagement vs. conversion-focused content
* Ability to work independently and bring new ideas
Desirable:
* Experience in automotive, rural, equestrian or trailer industries
* Basic photography skills
