Pembrook Resourcing are currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our client’s busy and successful dealership in Salisbury. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and a background within the motor trade to develop their career within a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities

Acting as the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service and repair.

Booking vehicles into the workshop and managing the service schedule.
*
Liaising with customers throughout the day, providing updates on vehicle progress and any additional work required.
*
Upselling additional products and services where appropriate.
*
Preparing job cards, invoices, and associated paperwork.
*
Working closely with the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
*
Delivering excellent customer service at all times and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Requirements
*
Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade is preferred.
*
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
*
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
*
A professional and positive attitude.
*
Full UK driving licence.
