Job Description
As Resource Manager, you'll work closely with partners and senior stakeholders to:

* Monitor utilisation, forecast capacity, and provide insightful reporting.
* Anticipate and resolve resourcing challenges, balancing business needs with individual development goals.
* Collaborate with HR to support career progression and optimise team performance.
* Continuously improve workflows and resourcing processes.

You'll bring proven experience in resource or workforce management-ideally within legal or professional services-and demonstrate:
