About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Night Life Practitioner to join our team at our new service Bridge House, Spalding, Lincolnshire.
You will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community. You will report to the Registered Manager and support Life Practitioners day‑to‑day.
We provide a company vehicle for transporting people to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments and outings. To drive the company vehicle you must hold a full UK driver’s licence or have driven in the UK for at least 2 years.
Starting rates are £14.24 per hour. Level 1 – £14.24, Level 2 – £15.23, Level 3 – £16.30. You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through our competency framework, unlocking pathways to increased hourly rates of pay.
