The role of the Contracts Manager Flat Roofing Systems will involve:
Contracts Manager position dealing with various flat roofing systems such as: bitumen membrane systems, single ply systems, hot melt waterproofing, cold applied liquid systems, insulation & green roofs
1. Overseeing all aspects of the Contracts Team: management, surveying, financial, contractual, planning, leadership and communication
2. Assisting with the preparation of quality bids, pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), and other presentations as required
3. Maintaining good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation
4. Responsible for accepting, approving, and issuing contracts and subcontracts
