Summary:
Are you a natural sales hunter with a passion for winning new business? Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team and drive growth in the refrigerated and temperature-controlled transport sector on a national basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and secure new customers requiring refrigerated and temperature-controlled transport services.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
Arrange meetings with decision-makers and deliver tailored logistics solutions.
Develop lasting relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts.
Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity in the cold chain logistics space.
What We're Looking For
A proven track record as a Sales Hunter or New Business Development Manager.
Experience in refrigerated transport, cold chain logistics, food distribution, or FMCG logistics.
Exceptional prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle.
An existing network within food manufacturing, retail, or wholesale sectors is highly desirable.
