Responsibilities
* Act as the lead for student wellbeing within the department.
* Manage or oversee a team of Progress Coaches / Tutors / LSAs.
* Deliver or coordinate tutorial programmes (covering topics like mental health, British values, personal development).
* Support the Curriculum manager on a daily basis.
Requirements
* Teaching Qualification
* Management experience
* Up to date Safeguarding training, or a willingness to obtain
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
