Vacancy: Cardiac Physiologist

North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a cardiac physiologist to join the cardiac investigations unit within In-Hospital Care. We offer a full-time position within a multidisciplinary team. Applicants should hold a BSc in Cardiac Physiology or an equivalent qualification and be eligible for RCCP registration.
The role involves working across all Trust sites, including the Community Diagnostic Centre at Stockton, under the supervision of specialist leads to ensure a high-quality service. There may be flexibility in working hours, subject to staffing needs.
Essential Requirements:
* Previous NHS experience on an acute site is essential.
Responsibilities include:
* Performing diagnostic cardiac investigations, analyzing and reporting ambulatory ECGs.
* Working independently and alongside the MDT in the cardiac cath lab, including invasive angiography and device implantation.
* Assisting in device follow-up clinics.
* Contributing to organization of staff duties, workloads, waiting lists, and prioritization of investigations.
* Providing training, advice, and developmental support to staff.
* Working closely with cardiology multidisciplinary teams and acute wards.

* Motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic individual.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands.
The successful candidate will undergo a satisfactory enhanced CRB Disclosure.
