Position: Remote Support WorkerLocation: Care Home or Home Care Setting, Beautiful Island in ScotlandContract Duration: 12 weeks (with the potential for extension)Pay: £17.91 per hour PAYE (rolled up), including paid accommodationSetting: Supporting adults in a care home or home care environment
Role Overview:In this rewarding role, you will provide essential support to adults in either a care home or home care environment. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality personal care, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the well-being of your clients. You will make a difference in the lives of those who need it most while enjoying the tranquillity and natural beauty of the Scottish islands.
Key Requirements:
* Car driver (must have access to a car)
* Over 18 months of UK care experience
* SVQ2 or equivalent qualification in care (preferred)
* Excellent communication skills
* Friendly, compassionate, and positive attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
