Our client is looking for a lawyer or contracts specialist to manage customer, vendor, and business partner contracts. The position reports to a Senior stakeholder and General Counsel.

You must work well with people at all levels, across multiple companies and countries.
This role involves working with colleagues and customers globally in a borderless environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer or experienced commercial contract specialist aiming to advance in the software/Telco/Media and IT industries.

The role is primarily remote, with occasional meetings in local and international locations.
What we are looking for
* Significant experience in drafting, negotiating, and implementing commercial contracts.
* UK Qualified Lawyer (6+ years PQE/experience).
Requirements:
* Extensive experience advising and negotiating various commercial contracts.
* Experience with international contracts and foreign laws/jurisdictions.
* Strong negotiation skills, especially for high-value contracts.
* Experience working within or with a software or IT company (Essential).
* Experience with software licensing, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS contracts (Essential).
* Ability to produce and present reports to diverse audiences.
* Knowledge of global data protection laws (EU GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA).
* Effective time management and multitasking skills.
* Attention to detail, sound judgment, and decision-making abilities.
* Confident communicator, able to present to senior decision-makers.
* Team player with collaborative skills.
* Flexible and resourceful, adaptable to changing environments.
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
* Ability to think independently and provide constructive feedback.
