Tittesworth Water near Leek is a popular visitor attraction and the Waterview Restaurant at Tittesworth is a busy, vibrant restaurant that is also a destination restaurant.
We are looking for a experienced Chef to join our kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to step into a senior role in a fast paced kitchen environment cooking and preparing freshly prepared dishes.
You will work closely with the Head Chef supporting them in maintaining high standards.
Key responsibilities:
* Preparation and producing for service
* Support the Head Chef to achieve consistent standards of cooking and presentation
* Maintaining 5 star EHO rating
* Assisting with menu development
* Assisting with stock control, ordering and daily cleaning schedules
As a daytime operation this position involves straight daytime shifts (Standard hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm) 5 days a week.

Position includes weekend working on a rota basis.
