Within the Council's People service and across communities, promote support and deliver sport and physical activity to help children, young people, families, and adults enjoy being physically active. The role involves increasing knowledge about active living and active travel, helping individuals achieve their sporting potential, and laying foundations for a healthy, active life.

This post is considered Regulated Work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. You will need to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check before a formal offer of employment is made. The cost of this check, if your salary exceeds £38,000 per annum, will be deducted from your first paycheck. Further guidance will be provided upon conditional offer.
