Fram is working with a financial planning firm that is looking to engage with an experienced Paraplanner to support the consistent delivery of advice and maintain strong technical and compliance standards. The role is remote, with two to three days in the office during the initial set-up period to build familiarity with systems, processes, and colleagues. The position involves taking responsibility for the preparation of suitability reports for both new business and annual reviews. This includes drafting reports for adviser approval, preparing supporting documentation, and working closely with administration to ensure client records and paperwork are accurate and complete. The role also involves identifying missing information, progressing outstanding actions with advisers and providers, and managing cases through to completion. This may appeal to a technically capable Paraplanner who holds the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent and is comfortable acting as a point of reference for technical queries. The role suits someone who works well with autonomy, communicates clearly, and maintains a high level of organisation and attention to detail. Experience using Intelliflo Office is important, along with confidence across Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with commonly used research or financial planning tools would be beneficial. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
