Key Responsibilities:
* Create and deliver dynamic lessons that inspire and engage students in technology and media.
* Develop and implement tailored lesson plans that cater to a wide range of abilities and needs.
* Build strong, positive relationships with students, fostering their confidence and trust.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment for every student.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing clear and constructive feedback.
* Contribute to the overall improvement and development of our growing school.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) .
* Experience teaching Computer Science, Media & Film Studies, and/or IT.
* Proven experience working effectively with students with special educational needs (SEN), including those with SEMH.
* Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
* A genuine passion for making a positive difference.
