Area Sales Manager / Area Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager required for a Manufacture of Manual Handling Equipment. The successful Area Sales Manager / Area Sales Engineer will be covering Greater London, Southeast England, East Midlands and the Central South. Major towns and cities include; London, Reading, Oxford. Brighton, Southampton, Portsmouth, Bournemouth, Milton Keynes, Chelmsford, Colchester, Ipswich, Norwich, Cambridge, Luton, Leicester, and Northampton. The successful Area Sales Manager / Area Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales across the territory, identifying new opportunities and managing the sales pipeline whilst developing long-term customer relationships. A technical sales / engineering sales background is essential, ideally from engineering equipment / capital equipment / machinery / materials handling, automated equipment etc. Package: £45,000-£55,000 base salary Lucrative commission scheme Generous pension contributions Employee Assistance Programme Responsibilities: Drive sales and revenue within the territory, identifying new opportunities and managing the sales pipeline.
