Digital Construction Manager (BIM Manager) – United Utilities Team
Location
Warrington, Blackburn, Manchester – Some remote working available
Hours
40 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
Responsibilities
* Managing and implementing ISO 19650 information management processes across projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Supporting project teams with digital tools, workflows, and best practices to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
* Monitoring software utilisation and maturity, helping teams embrace new technologies.
* Building relationships with stakeholders and supply chain partners to drive digital adoption.
* Providing mentoring and leadership to Digital Construction Coordinators.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
* Good understanding of ISO 19650 and experience with BIM processes.
* Enthusiastic about using new technologies to improve traditional construction methods.
* Enjoys sharing knowledge and nurturing others’ development.
* Transferable skills are welcomed; not required to tick every box.
