We're looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic, fast-paced restaurant at Poole Leisure Site. This is your chance to work with a fresh food menu, alongside a talented team, in a kitchen that values creativity and excellence.

Your Schedule
* Hours: 45 per week, 5 days out of 7
* Shifts: A mix of straight and split shifts
* Busy Days: 200+ covers - plenty of action and energy!
What You'll Be Doing
* Preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal dishes to the highest standards
* Maintaining food safety and hygiene compliance
* Working efficiently during busy service periods
* Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations
* Assisting with stock control and ordering when required
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
* Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for fresh, quality food
