Job Role: SpLD Tutor and Assessor

Are you an experienced SpLD (Specific Learning Difficulties) Tutor and Assessor looking for a rewarding opportunity to support individuals in their educational journey?
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified SpLD Tutor and Assessor to join our team Surrey This is an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about making a difference to the learning experience of students with specific learning difficulties, such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, and ADHD.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct diagnostic assessments for students with SpLD.
* Design and deliver tailored tutoring sessions to support students' academic progress.
* Provide specialist support and implement strategies to help students achieve their potential.
* Monitor and track students' progress, adapting teaching methods as required.
* Prepare and provide detailed reports following assessments.
* Work collaboratively with other professionals, including teachers and support staff, to create and implement individualised learning plans.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
* A recognised SpLD Tutor qualification (e.g., Level 5 or higher).
* A valid SpLD assessment qualification (e.g., AMBDA, APC).
* Proven experience in providing one-to-one support for students with specific learning difficulties.
* Strong understanding of SpLD assessment tools and techniques.
* The ability to deliver tailored support and differentiate learning materials effectively.
* Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to teaching.
