About the Role:
You will be joining the very heart of Baywater in our team. Baywater Healthcare is a specialist provider of healthcare services, dedicated to supporting our patients with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and service.
We're seeking a reliable and organised Stores Person to join our Stevenage depot, playing a key role in supporting our regional operations.. Each day is different so you’ll need to be adaptable and flexible but because of this you will truly be appreciated by your customers, patients, and team.
What You Will Be Doing:
Provide empathetic and professional support to service patients, families, and clinical leads.
This role involves maintaining fully stocked Kanban systems across sites, accurately processing goods in/out to MHRA standards, and delivering equipment and consumables to technicians and depots. You'll ensure correct storage and stock rotation, maintain high health and safety standards, complete all paperwork accurately, and support general driving and delivery tasks as required.
About You:

1. Full UK driving licence – essential
2. FLT licence – desirable (training can be provided)
3. Proven experience in a stores, warehouse, or logistics role
4. Confident communicator with a can-do attitude and ability to work independently
5. Strong attention to detail, particularly when processing stock and deliveries
6. Good IT and paperwork handling skills
7. Ability to manage time effectively and respond flexibly to changing priorities
